All ImproBiome orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by PureHealth Research. Because they process payment, packing and delivery, order tracking is handled through their official system — not this site.
How to track your order
- Check your email: PureHealth Research sends an order confirmation and, once shipped, a tracking number and link.
- Use your account: if you created an account at checkout, your order status and tracking are in your account dashboard on the official site.
- Contact official support: for anything unclear, PureHealth Research customer support can look up your order with your order number and email.
